What’s new

Find out about the latest changes to the Record a vaccination service (RAVS).

27 August 2026

Once you’ve logged in to RAVS, instead of seeing your data dashboard, you will now see the first page of the Record vaccinations section.

You can still view your data dashboard by selecting Dashboard in the top navigation bar.

We have also moved the What’s new link. It now appears just above the footer on every page of the service.

14 July 2026

Pertussis vaccinations given by GPs now show in RAVS

The vaccination history you see in RAVS now includes pertussis vaccinations recorded in GP systems since January 2026.

16 April 2026

Extra column in reports for the patient’s contact details

We’ve added a new column to the reports to include the patient’s contact details. The new column comes after the postcode column.

7 April 2026

Longer timeframe for reports

You can now create a report for up 90 days.

26 March 2026

We’ve changed the order of the Record vaccinations section so it now starts with searching for the patient.

This means you will see the patient’s details and vaccination history before you select the vaccine or answer any other questions.

Switching between accounts made easier

If you use RAVS at more than 1 organisation, you can now switch between accounts without having to log out and log back in.

12 March 2026

Updates to the Manage users section

In the Manage users section, invited, active and deactivated users are now listed separately.

Invited users are those who have not yet logged in to RAVS. Deactivated users are those who have either not logged in to RAVS for 90 days, or have been deactivated by a lead administrator.

If you do not have any invited or deactivated users, you will just see active users.

New contact details for support

To contact us, you now need to go to our new Help and support page.

This replaces the previous support email address and phone number, which are no longer in use.
